1. About these terms

This website is operated by Next Generation Solar Pty Ltd (ABN 88 668 022 562, SA Licence PGE 326855) ("Next Generation Solar", "NGS", "we", "us", "our") of 217 Flinders Street, Adelaide SA. By using this website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Our website and services

This website provides information about our solar and battery products and services, and lets you request an engineering assessment or quote. Submitting an enquiry or booking an assessment through this website does not itself create a contract for the supply or installation of a solar system. Any installation is subject to a separate written quote and agreement, which will set out the price, scope, inclusions and warranties that apply to your system.

3. Quotes and assessments

• Any pricing or system information on this website is indicative only. Final pricing is confirmed in a written quote after an assessment of your property.
• Quotes are subject to site conditions. If a site inspection reveals conditions that materially affect the design or cost (for example switchboard upgrades, roof condition or access), we will advise you before proceeding.

4. Rebates, savings and estimates

• Government incentives (including Small-scale Technology Certificates and any state or federal rebate schemes) are subject to eligibility criteria and may change or end without notice. We do not guarantee that you will be eligible for any rebate, or the amount of any rebate. Where a price is shown "after rebate", it assumes eligibility and current incentive levels at the time of quoting.
• Savings figures, payback periods and ROI projections are estimates based on the information available to us (such as your usage, tariff and system design). Actual results depend on factors outside our control, including weather, energy prices and your consumption patterns, and are not guaranteed.
• Nothing on this website is financial, tax or energy advice. Consider your own circumstances and seek independent advice before making a purchase decision.

5. Warranties and consumer guarantees

Product warranties (such as panel and inverter warranties) are provided by the relevant manufacturers, and workmanship warranties are set out in your installation agreement. These sit alongside — and do not replace — the consumer guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.

6. Your use of this website

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading or third-party information without authority.
• Use the website for any unlawful purpose or to transmit malicious code.
• Scrape, copy or reproduce the content of this website (including text, images and branding) without our written permission. All intellectual property in the website remains our property or that of our licensors.

7. Communications consent

By submitting an enquiry you consent to being contacted by us about your enquiry by phone, SMS and email, which may include automated, pre-recorded or AI voice technology. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP or asking to be removed. Our handling of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, and to the maximum extent permitted by law: (a) the website is provided "as is" and we exclude all other warranties in relation to the website; and (b) we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website. This clause applies to the website only — liability in relation to an installed system is governed by your installation agreement and the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia.
